Replacing PFAS is rarely a quick fix. We followed our systematic method: clear requirements, a broad alternatives analysis, lab tests in real formulations, pilot/stress-tests, and careful process adjustments. The journey took persistence and many test rounds to reach the levels of quality and operational reliability we demand. The result: PFAS-free digital inks that meet our functional requirements and run stably in production. It’s a proof point for methodical substitution—step by step, focused on function, quality, and long-term sustainability.
